Aaron Titus is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner with a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of their mental health journeys. He earned his Master’s Degree in Counseling from Hope International University, graduating in 2021. Since then, he has been working to support clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
Throughout his practice, he has developed a specialization in working with veterans and individuals who have experienced trauma, as well as those facing anxiety disorders. Aaron understands that each person’s experience is unique and approaches therapy with empathy and respect for their individual story. His goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where individuals can feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings.
He utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques. CBT helps identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and enables individuals to develop healthier ways of thinking and coping. Solution-Focused therapy helps individuals concentrate on their strengths and resources, facilitating a collaborative approach to achieving their goals.

He works with his clients to build trust and open communication, allowing them to express their concerns and aspirations.
