Michelle Minor, LIMHP
Michelle Minor is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Grace University and earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Crown College. She has five years of experience working as a therapist and has worked with many different populations including adults, children, and adolescents.
Michelle has been trained in DBT, EMDR and Brainspotting. She enjoys working with personality disorders, PTSD, trauma, and anxiety and enjoys teaching clients the skills they need to build a life worth living. She believes that everyone deserves to have a quality of life no matter what hardship has come your way.
Therapy can be difficult. It is Michelle’s goal to help meet clients where there are and to help guide them to where they want to be. She believes in a genuine therapeutic relationship and together, she and her clients can make positive changes.
