Brian Andersen, LIMHP
Brian Andersen is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner who has been in practice for 24 years. He has been a clinical director for 22 years, but recently stepped back to focus on working individually with clients to make a positive change in their lives.
Brian is strong in working with a wide array of individuals from younger children up to older adults.
Brian graduated from Chadron State College in 1996 and proceeded to get his Masters Degree from University of Nebraska at Omaha. Brian recognizes the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship, and treating clients in a kind and non-judgmental manner. He has specialized training in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Brian is comfortable working with a wide array of diagnoses including: Anxiety, Depression, Autism-spectrum Disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Relationship Difficulties, and Personality Disorders.
