We accept most major insurances for our region for services covered by your insurance. Not all of our services are covered by insurance so please contact our office to verify if the service you are considering is covered. If you have insurance, we are happy to submit both "in network" and "out of network" claims.
In some circumstances we accept sliding fee. Please contact our office to discuss your specific situation.
Our providers work with your schedule to find a time that will work with your availability, as much as we are able.
